Merry Christmas and other holidays to everyone. I decided at the last minute to cook a roast for my family today because someone mentioned that Costco had great looking ones. My parents got this recipe from the man who cleaned their house in Sedona in the 70's and it is always perfect and so easy. Some of you may know this trick. The secret is Do NOT under any circumstances OPEN THE OVEN DOOR during cooking!!!!! So here goes, I haven't cooked it in a while.

Perfect Roast Beef or " Beef ala Warren"
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Put roast in oven, cook for 1 hour and turn oven off- DO NOT OPEN DOOR
May sit 3-5 hours in oven then 45 minutes before you want to eat turn oven back to 375.
